Osteochondroma is the most common primary bone tumour comprising over 33% of benign tumours. The formation osteochondroma occurs because exophytic protuberance on surface growing bones. sites for are distal femur, proximal tibia, and humerus. We presenting a case series three patients with rare presentation osteochondroma, scapula pelvis. primarily disease appendicular skeleton but we reporting it in axial skeleton. Radiographic findings include fluffy cartilaginous outgrowth arising from external long tubular that may be pedunculated or sessile. Osteochondromas usually develop bones by enchondral ossification rarely developing intramembranous like These tumours asymptomatic can cause pubic visceral compression neurovascular compromise compressing internal iliac vessels lumbosacral pluxes. Scapular thoracic cavity axillary brachial Treatment surgical excision gives consistent results relief pain.
